Disappointed.... Yet Satisfied!

I placed an order for this product and never received the product in the mail. I then contacted customer service, which was helpful... They didn't understand why i haven't received the package, since they sent it out to the correct address. Customer service then asked me to check in with my postal carrier to make sure everything is okay, and she said there was never a package. With that said customer service was kind enough to send out an re-order of the same product. I still NEVER received either package, the first nor the second. At this point I was pissed. I then contacted customer service again, so they then refunded me on the order. So with all that said and done, I still never received a product from this company (which I'm pretty upset about due to who ever fault), but I am glad that the customer service center made attempts to help and keep me satisfied.

I love them!

I got these to use the balls as replacements as I only use metal bars but they are still awesome. No two are the same and they compliment my wardrobe well.

Not as flexible as I thought.

When read that they where flexible I thought that meant they would at least bend with my tongue... but they are really stiff. It doesn't bend at all in my mouth. I feel a little better wearing these "flexible" ones because the bar is softer and I have a habit of putting the bar between my teeth. The colors are very nice. They glow in the black light nicely as well. But if I need more tongue rings I'll probably just order the lot of 20 steel barbells again.

This jewelry box turned out to be my daughter's favorite gift this Christmas. The music is perfect, it's absolutely beautiful and the hidden corner boxes are so nice to have. She calls it her secret treasure box, and her favorite most prized possessions go into this box. Looks and feels like silver colored plastic, I think it is. Stamped with "China 925" on the connecting piece. Came complete with a knot in the chain which actually measures 17.5 inches, a half inch short of the stated 18". Very disappointed. I paid $23 and it is already down to $16 two days later, do not feel it is worth $3.Perhaps they have 'sterling' plastic in China. The back side is not finished, open. The chain feels just like what you get out of a gumball machine, no weight to it at all. Plan to return this immediately.

Keys Are Forever In One Way Or Another

I have always had a passion for skeleton keys, but; with class to them. I am starting to see them all over and at all prices and in many styles. To me they have a mystery to them which gives them a unique charm. I had been looking for a really beautiful and vintage style one and when I seen this one on Amazon I knew I had to look no further. Everything from price to style was perfect. I asked my husband to get it for me for Christmas and he did and I love it.

I've been eying this necklace for quite a while now because every time I check up on it, it's out of stock! Fortunately, I managed to purchase it a while back and I absolutely love this necklace. I really love vintage skeleton key-type necklaces so this intricate pendant was definitely something I wanted to buy.

I absolutely adore the detailing on the key because it catches a lot of people's attention and the size is adequate enough to get a good view of it at any distance. Aside from the flat backside (which is really not a big issue at all because it doesn't flip around much), the pendant itself sits very nicely on your chest. The chain is very delicate and soft and maybe a bit too light in contrast to the weight of the key, but again, it's not really a big deal.

I would definitely recommend this necklace as a gift to a loved one or even just for yourself! At it's price, it's practically a bargain for what you get!

A very good choice

Having agreed to celebrate our anniversary with only a nice dinner out, I couldn't let pass our 25th without getting my wife a gift. Unfortunately, I waited until the 11th hour. Amazon's Express Delivery came through, like the calvary in an old western. My wife's silver bracelet arrived 20 minutes before we left for our dinner. She wears it all the time. A Great Surprise Gift for Any Lady

My wife and I had agreed that we wouldn't buy any gifts for each other for our anniversary because we are saving money to take our boys to Disney World in a few weeks. I of course did not keep that agreement. I found this beautiful bracelet with a great price. I love all things Celtic, and my wife loves silver jewelry, so this along with the price made a no-brainer as a surprise anniversary gift.
