Very handy and very well made

the Jewelry Keeper is well made, has lots of different sized containers for various kinds of jewelery and is a great way to display everything. I used to keep everything in a box and the chains were always getting tangled and it made it difficult to decide what to wear. The hanging keeper is in my closet, easily accessible and everything is easy to see and find. Great product!

Great for everyday storage & traveling

This is the only hanging jewelry keeper out there with zippered pockets. I love that the hanger is removable for traveling and I use the hanger to hang in my bathroom for everyday storage. Jewelry no longer tangled and easy to view/find it all at once. The plus for me was that this vendor ships to APO (Army Post Office). Great gift idea or just something worth treating yourself!!! Of course I would like the price to be cheaper but as it is right now it is worth the quality you get for the $$$.

This holds soo much, and it's great to see all of your pretty jewelry whenever you look in your closet. I filled it up rather quickly, and will probably buy another one very soon.

It's sturdy, and the non-tarnish fabric really is great-I was really pleased with the value for the price. I could have paid $40 for this and felt that was a fair price.

As per other reviews, I think this is the best of these type of products.

I tried a velvet jewelry roll, and did not like it because the necklaces can still get tangled and earrings might fall apart.

These pockets have varying sizes for small and large items.

I thought I might need 2 but so far have packed a lot into 1.

I fold it in 1/2 and put it my top dresser drawer and that works fine.

I am actually wearing things now that I can see them!

A great way to organize your jewelry

My jewelry has been kept in many different boxes/containers over the years and I never found anything that really worked for me until I bought the Hagerty Jewelry Keeper. When I am dressed and ready to go in the morning, all I have to do is take a quick look and I can see all my jewelry choices through the clear pouches and my selection is made so much faster and so much easier than it had been before. I would certainly recommend it to anyone who has small to medium pieces. It may not work well for very large/wide braclets and large beads. Also, my jewelry pieces are protected much better than ever before. I plan on purchasing more of these organizers for Christmas presents.

Great travel companion

At several international airports, I couldn't find a travel case for my jewelry. So one day I went to Amazon, found this one and bought it right away. Since then it travels with me all the time, I used it already on 5 international trips and even both my daughters-in-law claimed it. It keeps up very well. I like it because my jewelry doesn't get tangled or scratched anymore. There are compartments on one side for (ear)rings, bracelets and/or watches and pegs on the other side to keep necklaces straight. My only problem? The case is getting smaller on every trip because it's so convenient that I want to put as much as possible in it. That's where the lock comes in handy, too.
Do you like jewelry and travel? Then this case is a must-have, in order to preserve and to show off your jewelry.

Nice traveling jewelry case, wondering about the sturdiness of the plastic hard top

I bought this for my niece who loves to accessorize and travel. I chose the hard top case over a cloth case because I thought this just made more sense.

The jewelry case has two sides to it, one side has little compartments for rings or earrings, the second side has guides for putting necklaces, and another little compartment for say necklaces that have separate pendants. The tops of the insides of each side are a soft velvety material, the bottoms are a hard plastic. You can see with the velvety stuff on top that when the case seals your possessions are tightly in place.

The case has a nifty little locking latch, flipped to one side it is locked, flip to the other it is open. In order to open the case you would put the side you don't want opened against another surface so it doesn't open as well. I thought this would be a beastly feature but it isn't because each compartment opens very slowly and some force must be applied, so the bottom isn't likely to just spill open.

Time will tell how the plastic outercase holds up. I'm concerned that it may crack. I will update this review after it has been used a few times.

Chic and well planned

Like an Ikea store, this jewelry box makes well planned and good use of its space with thoughtful attention given to getting the most use value of its storage space. Each compartment has a job to do and has been strategically placed to reflect and accommodate most and diverse collections. The sides open to reveal 10 necklace hooks and necklaces actually stay put when you open and close them, unlike many top-storage jewelry boxes which leave your necklaces in a tangled heap. It folds up to a chic and mod-looking handled box, perfect for traveling if you needed to take the entire collection with you, but the small included travel case is the perfect addition and can be stored within the larger box or kept separate depending on your storage needs. The color is as shown in the image with a slightly marbled look to the soft leather. This is a jewelry box which somehow looks both modern and classic. It looks nice open for easy access or tidily closed.

The only drawbacks are that the earring storage "shelves" which slide into the top right square are clear plastic and fits small studs best; it would have been nicer if these were covered in the ivory fabric which lines the rest of the box. A few of the slide drawers, which have catches so they don't come flying out when you pull them, catch on some improperly sealed leather under the lip. This may be a defect in my individual model, or a larger production flaw in that the edges of the leather are not well sealed. I will try to fix this myself but it was not a large enough concern to return the model. If you have chunky necklaces (large stones or beads) the side necklace storage isn't a great option as the sides snap close to the main body of the box and probably wouldn't close. However, the bottom drawer has no dividers so this is an alternative solution. I have mostly small charm necklaces on thin chains which store easily on the sides and lie flat when closed.

Though I thought I had my heart set on a traditional wooden jewelry box, this one immediately won me over with its great and flexible use of space, ingenious design and beautiful red leather exterior. It's one I can't wait to pass down to my daughter some day.
