Very cute but easy to lose!
I gave this bracelet to my mom for Christmas, and it was lost within a couple of hours. I bought her another one-- different this time. The lobster clasp seems sturdier.

Question : How can I make a penny into a charm for a necklace?
I know this is really random, but I would like to make a penny into a charm for a necklace, so should I make a hole in the penny (if so, how?) or soke it in something that makes it week enough for me to put a chain through it or what?Thanks in advance!
Answer:
my husband has a special Indian head he wears as a charm. i went to a jewelry store and ordered a coin holder charm. they put the penny in it and fit it correctly. it is a casing that the penny fits in and it slips onto a necklace like any other charm does. it looks real good. a gold one will run between $30 and $50 but it is worth it and will preserve the coin. if you don't want to preserve the coin and just want a hole through it, then hold the penny with lineman pliers over a torch flame where you want the hole drilled until the penny glows hot and use an ice pick or a small nail and hammer to make the whole.make sure when you are pushing the ice pick in that the edge of the penny that is hot is placed flat on a non burning surface - do not drill while the Penny is over the flame.if you use the nail and hammer then place the penny on a flat surface, line up the nail where you want the whole and hit the nail with a hammer. you cannot drill straight through on the first go around so you will have to repeat the method of heating and drilling. also, you can use and electric drill with a metal drill bit. metal as in some bits are for wood, metal, or brick. extreme heat is your best method of puncturing metal.

I love tiffanys charms but 1,000 is a little much to spend on charms. I also like the juicy couture charms. Im willing to spend max about 150 on a charm. Ive looked at james avery and rembrant but they all look cheap to me. Where can I find a good quality charm? Thanks.

Question : How do you put a phone charm on a bberry curve?

Question : How does a flashing cell phone charm work?
I purchased a cell phone charm that flashes when I turn on my cell phone and is supposed to flash when I get a call (I haven't had time to test it yet, but I know it flashes when my cell phone comes on). How does this work? I don't see any sort of way to open the charm up to replace any sort of battery...will it eventually go bad or do they generally last a long time?
Answer:
The charm detects the different radio waves that your phone emits. When you turn your phone on, your phone searches for the network and the charm picks up on that. Same with a call, your phone sends a signal to the network to receive the call. Your charm should last for about a year.

Question : How Do I fill in scratches and Imperfections on my sterling silver charm?
I bought a charm that's completely sterling silver and It had got scratches on it I think from a class at school. I don't know how to fill in the scratches or make them less noticeable though and it really sucks to have payed $100 for a charm that's scratched on the first day.Is there anything I can do to improve the look and make sure it doesn't scrath so badly?

I suggest you buff it,you can do so at the mall and jewlery stores.You can ask them as they have several methods of fixing stuff.I dont wear charms but i wear a watch(kinda the same =P) i take it off when im going to carry things or going to P.E or going to sleep,stuff like that so it wont get scratched.Good Luck and hope this helped

I'd go with pandora , if your only wanting silver they are pretty cheap & they are so much more secure than charm bracelets we all used to have when we were younger , my old charm bracelet only has one charm on it that isn't broken from being caught on things or isn't filthy .I like the pandora bracelets because a lot of their charms are really out of the box & you don't often see ordinary charms like that . there are also a lot of places that sell look-alike charms & theres no harm in having a couple look-alikes . I'm going to buy the look-alike pineapple cause I think it looks better than the proper pandora one . lol .right now so many independent jewellers are trying to compete with pandora so you can buy charms in so many places .=)

Question : How do you attach a charm to a cell phone?
I have Red Nokia 5310 XpressMusic Cell Phone and I can't attach the charm. Can someone help me?
Answer:
I don't have the phone myself but I'm thinking maybe you need to take the back cover off, and if you look at one of the top sides there should be two black holes there. Thread the charm strap through one hole and out through the other, loop it around the actual charm and tighten, then put the cover back on. That's how to do it on my Nokia 6500 Slide. It may be along the same lines on your phone.
